Our Leading Edge with Professional Training. Property Management is not just about collecting rent and charging a fee. Our company is a member of the Real Estate Institute of NSW and Inspired Growth Training (IGT). We stay up to date with continual legislation changes and participate in elite national and international training on a regular basis ensuring we are continually updated with the best tools in the industry.
Our property occupancy rates are the highest. Each week your property sits vacant, you are losing approximately 2% off your annual rental income. We have a very low vacancy rate that has consistently been sitting under the regional average. We are achieving this by keeping track of all tenant enquiries and inspections via an online booking system and prospective tenancy database. Currently, we have over 4000 registered tenants with 500+ of those actively looking for properties.

Our digital presence and leading-edge marketing. Our marketing campaigns are leading edge in comparison to other agents. We utilise five websites with upwards of 10 quality colour photographs and we have video tours on our properties where available. Our leasing process can be as hands on or off as the prospective landlord desires.
Our Tenants ‘Paid on Time’ Results. “Zero Tolerance” is our policy for tenants who don’t pay their rent on time. Our monthly average rent arrears across our portfolio of tenancies is less than 0.5%, far better than the industry standard. 60% of agents have more than 3% of tenants over 7 days in arrears and this is acceptable to them. 99.5% of our tenants pay their rent on time.
You’re welcome to attend Routine Inspections. All Landlords are welcome to attend routine inspections if they wish. We will invite you to each routine inspection and our schedule is 6 monthly. Following any routine inspection, we provide you with a written report containing several colour photographs and professional recommendations.
Accounting is not just numbers. We will provide on time mid and end of month payments customised to your requirements and accurate income and expenditure reporting in an easy to read format.
